Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (4) MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder to account for line speed changes. The HCP includes low profile nose roller pulleys, discharge side guides, hard carcass discharge belts and Siko counter exit roller scales. Courier shipment - PO # must be listed on shipment, invoices, packaging and shipping documents.
Notes: Japs Olson W.O. 2020047 4/9: Parts came in from plating yesterday. Will go to shipping. 4/2: Waiting on a few discharge parts. Due end of this week or early next week. Need plating - back early to middle of next week. 3/26: partially built as far as they can go. Waiting on discharge parts. 3/19: No change. Will start building cases. 3/12: In production queue. Outstanding parts due the end of March. 3/5: Everything on order. Trying for end of March for shipping. Last of the parts not due until the last week of March. 2/27: Fully processed in procurement. Quoting parts. 2/20: New order. Will process. Just received WO from sales.
