Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350SLD Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will use an internal trigger to the feeder based on a user settable time interval. As the products are fed through the discharge of the feeder a label will be applied with the Impresso label applicators using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder. The label placement accuracy will be +/- 1mm. Variance in leaflet sizes would be subtracted from label placement tolerance. Optional items: Multiple product detect to detect for double products as they are fed (sample testing required).

Working through it. 3/26: Hunter continuing work on this. Making good progress. Working through final dialing on first product. 3/19: Last of missing parts arrived yesterday. Labeler peel plate needs modification to accept peel plate extension. Parts in shop. Need or order material for folding plow. 3/12: Machine was in burn in yesterday. Should move to Integration on Monday. Waiting for peel plate extension and a few pieces to the folding plow assembly. 3/5: Pulled in production. Next on Tony's list to build labeler and the stand. Steph will start feeder after Ardagh. 2/27: Need detailed qualification video. Customer says they will pay prior to ship invoice early March. Waiting for some parts to arrive. 2/20: Still waiting on parts. Customer wants order expedited. 2/13: Waiting for parts. 2/6: Layout drawing approved. Everything being quoted and ordered. 1/30: Waiting for layout drawing approval. 1/23: Kicked off this morning. Use existing parts on as much as possible
