Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V3 Signature Series Friction Feeder to present printed Tyvek sheets into a catch tray for operator pick up for further processing at a rate of up to 30 per minute. The MFT 350 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder will gently separate Tyvek sheets from an inclined stack and will transfer them onto the 375mm (14.76") extended discharge of the feeder. A customer-supplied and integrated Bell-Mark Thermal Ink Jet Print system will print on the sheets as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. The printed sheets will be fed onto a Catch Tray Plate with Magnetic Side Guides for operator pick up. Once the operator removes the sheet a Photo Optic Sensor will signal the feeder to replenish the tray. Multifeeder will provide a mounting assembly for your single cartridge Bell-Mark Thermal Ink Jet print head and location to mount an encoder in the discharge of the feeder. Bell-Mark will mount, install, and integrate the Bell-Mark Ink Jet Print system on the discharge of the Multifeeder Friction Feeder. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder system. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options available: The feeder can be configured with Batch Count Mode and/or Multiple Product Detection (double detection) as an option. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.

Still waiting for PO. 2/20: Got a response that the change order will happen. Need to get PO from end user. Sent requested STEP file. 2/13: No update. 2/6: Provided change order to customer on Monday evening. Jose forwarded to his customer. Waiting for PO and payment before they can issue a PO. Out of queue until we receive. 1/30: Received revised layout drawing showing camera positioning today. Will send to customer today. Start working on change order next. 1/23: Waiting for one incoming part. Waiting in production queue. 1/16: Everything on order. 1/9: No change 1/2: Quoting parts 12/26: Processed and in Procurement 12/19: New order. Needs to be processed. We are providing mounting hardware. They will mount the printer.
