Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology feeding and print system to feed and print lid stock sheets at a rate of up to 15 per minute. The MFT 250 IP Friction Feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder and will transfer them one at a time onto the 600mm (23.64") long discharge of the feeder. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed (house vacuum supply). The discharge of the feeder will be configured with three top and three bottom belts to best support the product as it travels on the discharge of the feeder. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted on the rear support assembly of the feeder to assist with product flow. A Multifeeder supplied ink jet system with screen, controller, and 0.5" print head will be straddle mounted over the discharge of the feeder to print a UDI code on the sheets as they travel on the discharge of the feeder (estimated print quality of 300 DPI). The printed sheets will be transferred into a customer supplied and integrated catch tray for robot pick up. The feeder system will be signaled to feed and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The customer is responsible for static control. An optional Multifeeder supplied Static Reduction Bar can be mounted over the discharge of the feeder to reduce static on the products as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. Multifeeder's Engineering team will create a system drawing for customer approval. System Integration includes a Factory Acceptance Test to confirm system performance before shipment. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of each product size at the rate specified. This proposal assumes that the customer will install the feeding and printing system at their facility. Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Optional Sales Incentive for second feeder system: Hollister can chose to purchase two feeders systems on the same purchase order and receive a Spare Parts Kit (value of $ 1,348.00) free of charge as a Sales Incentive for purchasing feeder systems on a single purchase order. Options available: The printed sheets can be transferred into an optional Multifeeder Catch Tray Pan with Magnetic Side Guides. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.

Will fix for second machine. Everything else looked good on video. Second video hopefully to customer by early afternoon. 2/6: Moved from EE to Integration today. Should have FAT video done by tomorrow. 1/30: To Integration on Monday 1/23: No update 1/16: Waiting for parts. 1/9: Waiting for parts. 1/2: Processed through procurement 12/26: Layout is approved, being processed in Procurement. Both printers have been delivered. 12/19: Was kicked off on Monday and processed 12/12: New order. Will be processed by the end of the week.
