Project Scope: This proposal consists of quantity five (5) Multifeeder Technology, integrated MFT Automatic Product Loader _ APL 190, and five (5) MFT 250V Flexible Discharge Signature Performance Systems. Each of the five (5) MFT 250V units will incorporate mobile straddle mount assemblies, onto the customers existing conveying lines. One line will be configured with three (3) MFT 250V units, and a second line will be configured with two (2) MFT 250V units. To achieve continuous product-feed flow into the MFT 250 Feed units, MFT Automatic Product Loading Systems - two (2) APL 2000mm (6'6" long), and three (3) APL 3000mm (9'10" long), will be configured into the respective MFT 250 feed unit. As the operator maintains the consistent levels of product on the APL's horizontal conveying line, the products flow into the feeder throat area, via the specifically designed left or right angle entry. Each of MFT APL - 250V synchronized systems will be loaded with the appropriate product packets and gently discharged via the MFT 250V Flexible Discharge XED, belted delivery (14.76" long). In addition, the three (3) MFT 250V configured line, will be equipped with remote keypads, so as to allow for full un-incumbered interaction with the feeder operation. The customers existing conveying lines are configured with cartoner buckets which capture the product assortment desired These products are then presented in a singular fashion at approximately 55 products per minute, via a sensor which signals the timely delivery of each product into the respective cartoner bucket. The final results of this automated product delivery system, are cartoner buckets with proper account of products. System Configuration Options Include: Additional Remote Keypad(s), Associate Spare Parts Kit, Stack-light to assist with visual status of system operation, Low Product Sensor to alert of product levels entering Feeder, SIKO Digital Position Indicators to assist with dialing in thickness adjustments, and Static Bar with Mount to assist in minimizing status effect on feeding product.
