Project Scope: The proposed system will begin with an operator loading the products onto a horizontal Automatic Product Loader - APL 3000-190 (3 meters long). The APL will supply product to the MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products into your existing system. The feeder will be equipped with an additional L-Support curve for cloth wrapped products which would be run from a vertical stack. The pneumatic stack shaker will provided increased feeding support for the products as they are fed. The feeder can be started/stopped locally from the keypad or started from the signal interface cable via your existing controller. The system will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers to provide height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: Accutipping Repeat with encoder to follow the speed of your existing line and feed the products in at a user settable repeat distance, L28 Vacuum Piab (not including air source) to provide a vacuum source the vacuum chamber if house vacuum is not available.
Notes: Optima W.O. 2019175 2/6: Unit packaged. Will ship when payment arrives. ACH today. 1/23: Hunter working on this. Client will be here on 1/29 for FAT. 1/16: Moved to Integration early this week. Will be working on it early next week. Samples came in Tuesday or Wednesday. 1/9: Feeders done. Still short a few APL parts. In transit. 1/2: Building feeder today. Short APL parts 12/26: Being built in Production 12/19: No change. 12/12: In production queue after Keystone. 12/5: Everything on order. 11/21: Need to process. New order.
