Project Scope: The proposed system consist of a MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders which will separate and feed the products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a signal interface cable will be provided to allow you to signal the feeder to feed as well as monitor the status of the unit. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back will allow the feeder to be timed to your lugged conveyor line during ramp up/down. The units will be mounted and integrated by Iwai.
