Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will run in continuous mode and be paused by a dry contact from Controls Engineering through the signal interface cable. An ultra-sonic double detect sensor will monitor the products for doubles as they are fed. If a double is detected the system will stop on error (sample testing require). The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
Notes: Controls Engineering WO 2019165 2/6: Picking up machine next Tuesday at noon (2/11) 1/30: Sensors back on machine. Controls waiting for one approval from post office, then should hear from them. 1/23: Replacement sensors going back on tomorrow. No word back from Controls on status. 1/16: Replacement sensors now here. 1/9: No word from Controls. 12/26: replacement sensors on order, Due mid January. No update from customer 12/19: Stole double detect sensors for Iwai. Will need to be replaced. 11/21: No update 11/14: Possibly cancelling. Waiting for more details. 11/7: Will pick it whenever they have a truck in the area. 10/31: Done and waiting to be picked up. Customer picking up tomorrow. 10/29/2019: Changed on W.O. and Financial (Kept the same pricing as 7160200) From 7160200 P & F Sensor to 7160000 P & F, Added to W.O. and Financial ( Zero cost due to we didn't charge for it) Cable P/N 5308660. 10/24: New order. Two week turn around after payment. Shooting for 11/5 ship date.
