Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once the start sensor detects a passing base product, on your existing conveyor, the feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back to accurately place the product. The feeder will be mounted by Next Page using their existing cross bars. Optional items: Pressure Roller to aid the transfer from the feeder to your existing conveyor, Bridge Belt Assembly to allow you to feed products down to 1" in length, Discharge Side Guiding to register the products as they are fed, ED Discharge which is a shorter discharge and will mount lower on your system, J1 Signal Interface Cable to get machine status, Relay Interface box to provide an isolated stop signal to your existing base.
