Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to feed folded leaflets into the bucketed in feed of an Econocorp cartoning machine at a rate of up to 80 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The MFT 250 V3 will be signaled to feed and provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. a Pneumatic Shaker mounted to the rear support assembly will help with product flow. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the cartoning machine. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integrations services as an option at our standard rates.
