Project Scope: The proposed system is for a batch counting system. The units will begin with an operator loading the products into the in feed hopper of the MFT 550XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As they are fed they will be counted into batches as they exit the feeder. The feeder will have an upgraded Ultra Sonic sensor pair to detect for doubles (sample testing required). The products will then be accumulated into batches in the ADT 550 Automatic Drop Table. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug the stack will transfer into your existing lugged conveyor and then automatically begin counting the next batch. Multifeeder will enhance the changeover on the system per Iwai's recommendations to allow for a quick and easy change over. The system will be mounted onto a height adjustable stand on rollers. Optional items: Serial Control for serial communication to the feeder, Serial Cable, Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity.

Trying to get them to place the order. 1/16: Satoshi sent more samples. He wants more testing. 1/9: One product video done. 12/26: Changing gearing from 17 to 8%. Dialing machine to film video 12/19: Got machine repaired but with version 4 motherboard. Needs to be upgraded to version 5. Can make video after upgrade. Hoping to make it today. 12/12: In Peter's queue to make a video. New samples arrived Tuesday. 12/5: No update. 11/21: Steve adding one more piece. Need to make a video. 11/14: Making more parts in the shop 11/7: Shop has drawing from ME for support pieces between the feedbelts. Need to bend rods. 10/31: Demo complete, follow up modification testing to be done. Jacob and Steve will work on that along with Mechanical Engineering. 10/24: Demo taking place today. 10/17: Done in Production and moved to Micah this morning. 10/10: In production. Will start building early next week. 10/3: Satoshi and team coming 10/23-10/25. Haven't pulled or started build yet. 9/26: Machine shop needs to run pulley's for feeder. Next in line to be run and sent out. 9/19: No change 9/12: Everything on order. Goal to be built by 10/4. 9/5: Processing in procurement 8/29: Kicked off yesterday. In procurement to process as of this morning. Satoshi and team will be here 10/14 and 10/15. Sending samples to us. 8/22: Demo. They will come in sometime in October to see demo.
