Project Scope: The proposed system consist of an MFT 350 XED V Signature Series friction feeder that will feed the card stock labels over the Gorilla Tape rolls as they travel down the transport conveyor. The products will be fed from the infeed of the hopper and will be placed on top of the tape rolls at a rate of 25 products per minute. The feeder will be equipped with accutipping software for accurate product placement and contain a start sensor to detect the passing of your base. The 350 MFT will have a product stacklight to inform the end user of product status. This system will be mounted over the transport conveyor.
Notes: Crown Packaging WO 2019137 10/3: Crown pushing us to get video today. If they approve the video today could ship tomorrow. 9/19: Can come out Monday or Friday of next week or the week after. Ready to run. 9/12: Still waiting on FAT samples. Machine is ready. Still no word from the customer. 9/5: No change. 8/29: Machine is in Integration. Waiting on 1 shaft to be made in shop for pressure roller. Still waiting on FAT quantity samples. On hold until samples arrive. 8/22: Updated WO to reflect update in cantilever stand. Received signed layout approval of new stand design. New stand pulled. 8/15: Order processed and released to procurement yesterday. Pulled for production.
