Project Scope: The proposed system will consist of a MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products exit the feeder the placement of the tab will be aligned to the bottle using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The front of the tag will be fed to the level of the front position of the bottle and the back side will be placed into position using the Rail Tab Onsert Guide assembly. The system will be mounted onto an extruded mounting assembly over the transport conveyor. This system will be mounted inline with your existing conveying equipment.
Notes: Biovation Labs W.O. 2019089 10/31: Live FAT completed. Customer happy with system and moved to QA. 10/24: Samples arrived today. Will have to work on scheduling a live FAT video. 10/17: Sent email to customer asking for additional samples to allow us to schedule a live video conference FAT run. Waiting for reply. 10/10: Machine done in Integration. Filmed video. Jim coordinating for a FAT. Customer talking about SAT. 10/3: No change 9/26: No change 9/19: Parked in favor or Palermo's, P&G and Amcor. 9/12: Still working through trying to get everything to work. Delayed by Palermo (Steve) 9/5: Swapped discharge from ED to XED so that we can perform a bump turn operation inside discharge. Still waiting on a few parts that should arrive today. Delayed slightly by Label Expo. 8/29: Samples received yesterday. Steve started mid-day yesterday. Running into issues with interlocking product while feeding. Three ideas on how to solve interlocking issue. Steve started on 1st idea this morning. 8/22: Requested more samples. Just sending today and should receive early next week. Project paused since last Wednesday (8/14) because we are out of samples. 8/15: Bernie and Jacob started on this yesterday. 8/8: Should be moving to Integration mid day tomorrow. 8/1: Still waiting on a few parts. 7/25: Waiting for parts to arrive. In queue after hygienic feeders are built. 7/18: Parts are due 8/2 except for cap guide. Can start in production prior to last part. 7/11: Had kick off to procurement. Clay owes them a revised estimated ship date no later than next Monday. 6/27: Have layout approval. Kick off scheduled 7/2. 6/20: Still waiting on layout approval. 6/13: Sent layout drawing to client yesterday. Waiting for feedback or approval. Received Dietz hugger belt conveyor. Joel assembled yesterday. 6/6: ME has information. 5/23: ME on hold. Need information from Jim. 5/16: ME working on it but need more info from customer. On phase until we hear back. Jim working on getting info. 5/9: Jim received photos from customer this morning. Waiting for quote for hugger conveyor. 5/2: Received down payment. Kicking off this afternoon. 4/25: Clay to process and schedule kick-off meeting
