Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 750 SLD IP3 Industrial Performance Series Friction Feeder systems to feed circular and square cardboard sheets into a customer supplied and Multifeeder integrated catch tray for robot pick up at a rate of up to 15 per minute. Each MFT 750 IP3 Friction Feeder will gently separate your cardboard disks from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder and will transfer them one at a time onto the 900mm (35.43") long discharge of the feeder. A HD 820 Heavy Duty Rear Support (with Diamond Support Plate) will be used to support the stack of product from the back as they are fed. The cardboard disks will be fed into a customer supplied and integrated catch tray for robot pick up. Each feeder will be signaled to feed and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. This proposal assumes that the customer will install and integrate the completed system at their facility (with the robotic system). Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services as an options at our standard rates. Options Available: The feeder can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-750 Heavy Duty Stand on Roller for height adjustment and mobility. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Sensor Assembly, and a Standard Feeder Installation.
