Project Scope: Thank you for your interest in the best friction feeders available. We design and manufacture them in the United States at our factory in St. Paul, Minnesota. Multifeeder Technology’s superior line of friction feeders will provide you with uncompromising quality and performance. Enclosed is our proposal for two (2) Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance a 250XED IP3 Units. Per request, these units will gently feed the loaded 2" wide x 4" long folded pamplets from the in-feed of the MFT 250IP3. These pamplets will travel along the 14.76" XED discharge in a serial fashion, at a pace of 60 per minute (not limited to). They will be instructed to a designated drop into a box as it moves along the customer installed conveyor. Finally, the stack-light will a visual of the product load level. Optional items include: Dual Sensor/ Thick Product Assembly, Low Product Sensor Assembly, Standard Spare Parts Kit and Static Bar w/ Mount Assembly.
Notes: Pearson Packaging (Irvine) WO 2019114 9/19: No change 9/12: Still need to pack. Waiting for 9/27 ship date. 9/5: Delivery date of 9/27 is confirmed. In shipping waiting to be packed. 8/29: Filmed and sent FAT video. Per clients request filmed a follow up video showing max stack height. Asked to change start sensor to low product sensor. Told them we could. Still waiting for official video approval and confirmation of delivery date. 8/22: Done in QA. Waiting for video approval. 8/15: Waiting on samples. On hold until we receive. 8/8: Waiting on samples to arrive from customer 8/1: Move to Integration tomorrow. 7/25: In queue behind 2019113 Pearson. Being pulled currently. 7/18: No change. After MBO. 7/11: No change 6/27: In production queue. Needs to be pulled 6/20: In procurement 6/13: Processing today and will release to procurement 6/6: New order. Needs to be processed.
