Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT 550IP3 XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The MFT 550IP3 can accommodate up to 19.68" wide product. The vacuum discharge is 450mm (17.7 inches) wide, however the product can hand over the edge of the vacuum of the discharge. As the products are fed, they will be individually transported via the XLD 23.62" length discharge, equiped with full width vacuum assembly and Regenerative Blower. The feeder will be mounted by the customer, and will be "table top" ready. Multifeeder is being instructed to configure such a system to allow for the customer to mount and set-up their choice of printer in the discharge of the feeder. The customer is taking full responsibility for this printer integration process. Optional items as may be warranted, and based upon actual product testing: Stack-Light to alert operator of machine status at a glance, a Low Product sensor, a 39.4" long Shingling Converor to collect the products as they exit the discharge, the associated Spare Parts kit, Product Pneumatic Shaker, and Static Minimizer Bar with Mount Assembly. Multifeeder's Engineering team will create a system drawing for customer approval. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of each product size at the rate specified. A Factory Acceptance Test with customer supplied samples will be done to verify system performance prior to shipment. This proposal assumes that the customer will install the feeding and labeling system. Multifeeder can provide installation services as an option at our standard rates.

Due to missing part, sliding in queue. 7/18: No change. In line after JL Custom. 7/11: No change 6/27: No change 6/20: No change 6/13: In line to be worked on after 4th of July. Final parts due 7/8. Customer requested possible interim lease feeder. Steve working on processing the lease paperwork. (Can use R&R machine that just came back) 6/6: Everything is on order. 5/23: Processed and quoting parts. 5/9: New order. Needs kick off. Similar to show machine.
