Project Scope: The MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to accurately tip the product onto a passing base product as it travels down your existing conveyor. PFS will provide the mount and start sensor. Optional items: Stack light for machine status, Straddle Mount Assembly (standard construction) to mount the feeder.
