Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeders which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. JL Custom will provide the pressure roller, mounting, dry contact to fire the feeder via the J1 cable and integration of the unit. Optional items: Pressure Roller Assembly to aid the transfer from the feeder to the base conveyor, High Performance Drive Package for speeds beyond 300PPM, start sensor to detect the passing base product.
Notes: JL Custom WO 2019057 3/28: Shipping today. 3/21: In queue. Will start today in production. 3/14: Needs to be processed by procurement. If we have all parts, can ship in March. 3/7: Steve will do WO when he returns from vacation. 2/28: Need WO and then will process.
