Project Scope: The system will begin with an operator separating and feeding your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be counted into batches as they are collected on the shingling conveyor. Once batch count is reached the SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor will advance at a faster speed to maximize speed.
Notes: Sensors Inc. WO 2019056 3/28: FAT approved. Machine will ship today. Bernie installing next week. 3/21: Feeder in second burn in. Shingling conveyor needs to be built. Goal to ship next week. Trying to have client on site for FAT on 3/26. Install tentatively scheduled for 4/4 - 4/5 3/14: Waiting turn in production queue. Should start feeder tomorrow. Planning preliminary FAT/client install of equipment for 3/26. 3/7: Kicked off. Fully processed. 2/28: Need to process.
