Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 WD XED Industrial Performance Series Wash Down Friction Feeder system to feed pouches to be printed by a customer supplied and integrated print system as they travel on the discharge of the feeder at a rate of up to 120 per minute. The MFT 550 Friction Feeder will gently separate your products from an inclined stack in the in feed magazine of the feeder. The products will be transferred one at time onto the 375mm (14.76") discharge of the feeder. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed (house vacuum supply). A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The feeder will be signaled to feed a product and will provide back feeder status using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder will be equipped with Stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash down motor, and cables to accommodate wash down. The MFT 550 WD Friction feeder uses case inside of a case design to allow for cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a mixture of them. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. As an option Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Options available: Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.

Stand part was rejected and needs to go back to vendor for repair. 5/9: No change. Received PO for install. Requested wk of 5/20. Booked for month of May. 5/3/2019 Feeder Shipped. Back ordered Cantilever WD Stand. 5/2: Waiting on payment. Feeder can ship when payment arrives. Target delivery 5/8. Rough estimated ship date for stand is 5/15. 4/23: Two videos sent to the client. Awaiting approval and clarification of shipping the feeder separate or waiting for the stand to arrive (approx. 5/10). Also need second payment. Clay emailed Brad at Tyson this morning asking for an update. 4/18: Integration is beginning work on the feeder today and should have video of the feeder for the customer by tomorrow. Stand Parts due 5/1. Still working with client on split shipment of stand and feeder. 4/11: Feeder is complete in production and moved to Integration yesterday. In queue behind Hillshire. Cantaliver stand waiting for parts. Client made request to ship feeder separate from stand. Needs more follow up on Clay's part. 4/4: Feeder in production. Cantaliver stand waiting for parts. Will validate and film video of feeder once completed. 3/28: Everything for feeder has been passivated and is back. Ready for assembly. Waiting for stand to come in. Due in early May? 3/21: Sent email to Brad at Tyson last Friday with update on timeline. Haven't heard back. Waiting on parts. 3/14: Fully processed and on order. Waiting for parts. 3/7: Have everything we need for processing. Being processed through procurement. Added a stand to the order. Could affect lead time. 2/28: Started processing 550. Need stand information. Will have today or tomorrow mid day. 2/21: Kicked off this morning. To procurement. 2/13/19: Set Representative Commission to zero.
