Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an Inline APL 2000-350 Automatic Product Loader which will roll up to your existing feeder with serial number 0741-06487. The second APL will be a 90 degree APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader which will mount to your existing feeder with serial number 1403-08934. The 90 degree APL will come over the electrical side of the feeder. Each APL will mount onto its own stand. A remote keypad will be used on the 90 degree transfer system to allow the operator to control and setup the feeder since the APL will come in over the keypad.
Notes: Diamond Graphics WO 2019055 4/4: Sent video this morning along with some measurements. In QA. Waiting on video approval. 3/28: In production queue. Jim will be picking up customer feeder 4/2. 3/21: In production queue. 3/14: Trying to coordinate when they should send feeder to be integrated with APL. Parts processed. Waiting in queue for production. 3/7: Kicked off yesterday. Need one dimension from customer. Jim should be visiting today or tomorrow. Will move to procurement after we receive dimension. Using existing APL from our floor. 2/28: Need to process and need a WO from Jim.
