Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance feeding and verification systems to feed and bar code verify folded pharmaceutical inserts at a rate of up to 250 per minute (Reject on Error). A Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP3 will be mounted onto a HDSR Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers and will gently separate backer cards up to 300mm (11.81") from a inclined stack and will transfer them individually onto 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The MFT 250 IP3 HCP Feeder will be configured with Numeric Index Support Curves and 50% gearing to assist with product flow. A Bar Code Verification system will be used to scan the bar codes on the leaflets as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. If a "No Read" or a "Bad Read" occurs the system will reject the leaflet below into a lock box with key. The system will be equipped with a system reset switch with key to require an operator to reset the system if more than three consecutive "No Reads" or "Bad Reads" occur. The verified leaflets will be transferred into the pinch point of Pressure Roller Assembly onto a SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor where they will be accumulated in batches. Multifeeder's Engineering team will create a system drawing for customer approval. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of the smallest and largest sample sizes at the rate specified. System Integration includes a Factory Acceptance Test to verify system performance before shipment of the smallest and largest sample sizes at the rate specified. This proposal assumes that the customer will install the system at their facility. Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options available: An optional Pneumatic Shaker can be used to register the stack in the in feed magazine of the feeder. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.

If they don't work will need to delay FAT. FAT scheduled for 5/22 5/9: Parts needing plating are going out today (some went out yesterday) Feeders and APLs are integrated as far as we can without reject. 5/2: Parts for reject - still waiting. Feeders and APLs have been integrated as far as we can. Parts ready for plating. On site FAT tentative 5/22 4/23: Waiting for remaining parts for reject system from shop to clear inspection and be sent to plating. Feeders and APLs are built. Integration and EE will begin feeder set up in advance of the remaining parts arriving. 4/18: Job has been pulled and is in line for production behind 2019016 demo equipment. Waiting on parts from internal shop for reject gate. Parts delayed by CBN line #2 expedite Parts. 4/11: No change. Some parts through internal machine shop will possibly be delayed by Canadian Bank Note expedite. 4/4: No change 3/28: No change 3/21: Fully processed. All parts on order. 3/14: Procurement working on processing. 3/7: Revised layout drawing to include 1000 APL vs 2000 APL. Signed drawing with 1000 APL. All paperwork has been updated. Should kick off to procurement on Monday. 2/28: Layout drawing expected from ME today. 2/21: In ME. Joel starting today.
