Project Scope: This proposal consists of a MFT 550 IP3 SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to chipboard divider sheets into stationary cases traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport at a rate of up to 45 per minute. Note: This is not a wash down feeder. The room temperature is 42-45 degrees and is damp. The MFT 550 IP3 SLD feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed magazine of the feeder and will transfer them one at a time onto the 900mm (35.43") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The chip board sheets will be fed into stationary cases that are traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport. A Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly with mounting bracket is included. The feeder will be equipped with an Input/Output board along with a custom wire harness assembly to allow the feeder to receive 24V signals from the host system controller. The signals include feed signal, feeder on, feeder off, auto on, auto off, and clear cancel. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. As an option, Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Additional quantity discounts of: 2% for the purchase of two feeders on the same purchase order. 3% for the purchase of three feeders on the same purchase order. 4% for the purchase of four feeders on the same purchase order. 5% for the purchase of five feeders on the same purchase order. Options available: Options include a spare parts kit, a signal light, and standard feeder installation.
