Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT 1300 Web Tipping System which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be registered using the lugs in the discharge of the feeder while they are held in place with the discharge belts. The system will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back to accurately place the product onto your web. A registration sensor will trigger off the register mark on your web. Multifeeder will provide installation and training on the system at Tursso, which will include mounting the system to the line, setup for one product size and (4) hours of training.

Need to order one housing nut (in the shop now) Will be in queue to be assembled behind current active projects. 4/4: Parts on backorder are here. Will have to coordinate return visit to install. 3/21: Waiting on backorder. 3/14: Installation complete. Will have to go back to install side to side adj. when it arrives. 3/7: 1300 side to side adjustment on backorder. Bob out doing installation. 2/28: Ship today 2/21: Bob started work on this machine yesterday. Goal to have it done tomorrow. 2/14: In Integration 2/7: Moving to Integration by tomorrow. 1/31: Tony starting today in production using existing feeder driven discharge and 1300 frame. Fingers in QA. 1/24: Product guide fingers for discharges and one lug timing belt missing. Everything else is here waiting for production queue to free up. Waiting to receive samples from customers. 1/17: Procurement is processing all but side to side crank adjustments. ME still designing adjustment components. 1/10: Procurement has ok to pull 1300 components. ME still has outstanding components to design (crank adjustment and product guides). Goal is to install 1300 components late January. Crank adj. components will be installed at a later date. 1/3: Releasing from engineering 1/17 12/20: In ME queue after Freedom Graphics. 12/13: ME still working on it. Need to reach out to Mark Andy to get more dimensions. 12/6: In engineering. Will release to procurement in approximately 2 weeks. 11/29: ME converting STEP file to PDF layout to send for approval. Hoping to have complete by 12/6. 11/15: We owe customer a STEP file. 11/8: Still waiting for a few items from customer before releasing. 11/1: New order. Need more information from sales and then kick off can be scheduled.
