Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (4) MFT V 350 ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your sheets from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor detecting a passing lug. This proposal includes (5) stack lights. The additional stack light is for the existing unit that you purchased. Optional items: Static Reduction System to reduce static in the product as they are fed, Signal Interface Cable to get machine status and to send a start pulse from a controller, Stack Light to alert operator of machine status from a glance, HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Multiple Product Double Detect to detect for double products as they are fed, Discharge Side Guiding to register the product as they are fed.
Notes: Norka W.O. 2019017 1/24: 1/17: Ontrack to ship next Monday 1/24. Need money and clarification on shipping 1/10: Pulled and in production queue. Feeders will be starting after Premium Idea.
