Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 WD XED Industrial Performance Series Wash Down Friction Feeder systems to feed cardboard sheets (wide dimension leading) into a customer-supplied and integrated catch tray for robot pick up at a rate of up to 72 per minute. Each MFT 550 Friction Feeder will gently separate the cardboard sheets from an inclined stack and will be transfer them one at time onto the 375mm (14.76") discharge of the feeder. A HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack of product from the back as they are fed. Each feeder will be signaled to feed a sheet into a customer-supplied and integrate tray and will provide back feeder status using a 10m (33ft) Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The MFT 550 WD feeders will be equipped with Stainless steel cases, hex head fasteners, connectors, a wash down motor, and cables to accommodate wash down. The wash down feeders use case inside of a case design to allow for cleaning with water, steam, chemicals, or a mixture of them. Also included is a Stack Light Assembly for machine status at a glance. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with the existing conveyor. As an option Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Options available: Options include a Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers the allow for height adjustment and mobility. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit. a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.

Goal to ship both on Monday. 2/14: No change 2/7: All parts have arrived. Still in queue behind Norka. 1/31: In production queue behind Norka 2019022. Waiting on a few parts. 1/24: Still outstanding parts on shortage sheet. Order has been pulled. Customer goal to ship and delivery no later than end of Feb. Don't see any issue with that. 1/17: Procurement has all parts on order. Waiting for parts to arrive to begin building. 1/10: Working through small items with customer. Owe them a quote for welded items. Customer owes answer on needed signal output from our machine to theirs. 1/3: Kick off scheduled for today. 12/20: No change. Clay to send an order acknowledgment 12/13: New order. Need to schedule kick off.
