Project Scope: Thank you for your interest in the best friction feeders available. We design and manufacture them in the United States at our factory in St. Paul, Minnesota. Multifeeder Technology’s superior line of friction feeders will provide you with uncompromising quality and performance. Enclosed is our proposal for a Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance a MFT 350ED IP3 Unit. Per request, this complete configured unit will gently feed pre-loaded, folded pamphlets from the in-feed of the MFT 350IP3. These 4" x 5" pamphlets will travel along the 7.87" ED discharge in a serial fashion, at a pace of 30 per minute (not limited to). The with the designated drop into a box as it moves along the customer installed conveyor. The Keyence Barcode System will read, validate and provide for re-set as needed. Also, the MFT system will communicate with the conveyor to halt its movement in the event of a misfeed. This MFT 350IP3 and integrated Keyence system, will be set up to function precisely as the previous installed units you have. Finally, the stack-light will provide an sound alarm and lamp visual of the product load level. Optional items include: Dual Sensor/ Thick Product Assembly, Low Product Sensor Assembly, Standard Spare Parts Kit and Static Bar w/ Mount Assembly. A second configuration for back-up purposes include: A MFT350 ED Feeder unit, Associated Cabling and Sensors, Keyence Barcode System with Mounting, and Full System Integration, Testing and Validation. This 2nd system is being designated with the Quantity 2 in this proposal.

Hope to have video done today or tomorrow. 12/13: Received PO for full amount. Using returned demo feeders from Insource and DDS for this order. EE got Keyence items on order. Estimate 1 week. Production starting on Monday or Tuesday.
