Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT IP 550XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to accurately tip the product onto a passing base product as it travels down your existing conveyor. Precision Finishing will provide the mounting and start sensors for the equipment.
