Project Scope: The proposed equipment consists of a MFT IP 750XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The in feed stack will be supported with HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support Curves. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be accumulated in a catch tray. Once the batch count has been reached the feeder will pause until the operator removes the stack at which time the feeder will begin counting the next batch. The unit will mount onto a HDSR 1000-750 height adjustable and mobile stand on rollers.
Notes: Thompson Direct WO 2018188 12/13: Shipped yesterday 12/6: 550 is set up and being video taped. Penny emailed Jim to find out if we need video approval on 750. 11/29: Samples should be here tomorrow. Will test and make video when they arrive. 11/15: Waiting on samples for 550 feeder. Waiting on answer if they want 550 first or ship together. 750 catch trap on order. Due to ship from vendor on 12/5. 11/8: 550 feeder in burn in. 750 feeder in burn in today. Waiting for quotes on 750 catch tray. 11/1: Feeders in production. Getting quotes for 750 catch tray. 10/25: Kicked off this morning. Procurement will start processing.
