Project Scope: The proposed system consists of MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stck in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once the leading edge is detected by the start sensor the feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product. The feeder will be equipped with a clear product sensor to detect your clear sheets. The system will be mounted onto an extruded mounting assembly over your existing system.
