Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT IP 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeders which will separate and feed your booklets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The first feeder will Speed Match to your base and will fire for each start pulse received by the Linemods controller. The second feeder will be equipped with a start sensor to detect a passing booklet. The feeders will mount onto an HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. In order to feed the booklets with the spine leading an Automatic Product Loader must be purchased from the optional items. The (1) and (2) meter APL lengths have been listed in the optional items for your review. Also, for spine leading the front spine must be consistent and not curled up for proper operation. Additional optional item: Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact if the feeder has a red light condition, HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Additional APL Leg Assembly so the APL will stand alone.
