Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance feeding and printing for pouches and flat cartons. The Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 Friction Feeder will gently separate your product from an inclined stack and will transfer them one at a time onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. The feeder will be equipped with "No Tool Change Over Parts" and an Index Rear Support Curve to make change overs between products simple and easy. The Stripper wheel and discharge belts will be equipped with Siko counters for a repeatable set up. The MFT 550 IP3 will present the products one at a time onto a Multifeeder VTC 2000-550 Vacuum Track Conveyor (2000mm x 550mm) with consistent repeat. The feeder will be equipped with Accutipping Repeat Controls consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor its speed. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that feeder presents the products onto the conveyor with consistent repeat regardless of its speed. Next a Bell-Mark Thermal Inkjet Print system will be straddle mounted over the vacuum conveyor to print a UDI code on the products as they travel on the vacuum transport conveyor. The Bell-Mark Print system will be equipped with a touch screen control panel, software for label printing (Director), mounting brackets, message creation software (Producer), and an Ethernet switch. The Bell-Mark system will include a hand scanner to make data entry efficient. The products will be transferred onto an SC 2000-550 Shingling Conveyor (20000mm x 550mm) perpendicular to flow. The Shingling conveyor will be configured with a stop plate and controls to start and stop with the system. This proposal assumes that the customer will install the feeding and printing system at their facility. Multifeeder can provide installation services as an option at our standard rates. Options available: Options include a Static Reduction Bar, a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.

Mark has processed through machine and knows what needs to be done. 11/1: Equipment from Bell Mark has arrived. Clay to talk to David about receiving it in. 10/25: Feeder, VTC and print equipment will be picked up at Bell Mark facility this morning. Should come back to us early next week. 10/18: Bell Mark has system ready to pick up per James Pugh meeting at show. need to make a work order to clean up VTC in our showroom to replace demo at Bellmark. will need new belt. 10/11: Order acknowledgment and layout drawing sent yesterday. Asked for approval by 10/15. Clay will follow up tomorrow morning. Ben Black from Bell Mark said VTC and feeder would be prepped and ready to be picked up next week. 10/4: Kick off this afternoon. Mark N. sent email to Bell Mark requested demo machine to be sent back to fulfill this order.
