Project Scope: The proposed system will use your existing Industrial Performance Friction Feeder (either 250 or 350) to separate and feed the products from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the products are transported through the discharge of the feeder the barcode will be scanned to ensure they are in sequential order. If they are not in sequential order the system will stop on error. Good products will be collected into batches in the ADT 250/350XLT Automatic Drop Table. The system will mount onto an existing HDSR that Larkin has. The system will mount 90 degrees to your existing conveyor and the product will be fed narrow dimension leading. Your existing feeder will need to be equipped with the high performance drive package.
