Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are transported through the discharge they will be registered in the discharge of the feeder with the discharge side guiding. The Impresso labeler will be mounted over the discharge of the feeder and will accurately apply a label to the passing base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. The system will mount onto a combo feeder and labeler stand so that it is modular and linked together. Optional items: 1 and 2 meter Shingling Conveyor to collect the product in shingled fashion, Catch Tray (alternative to shingling conveyor) that will accumulate the products into stack of 3" high or less (start sensor needed to automatically restart).
Notes: Print18 Show Machine WO 2018137 9/20: Complete in production. Engineering helping with mechanical set up on machine. Might be done today. 9/13: Production working on it. Should be ready for Micah on Monday. 9/6: Starting today in production. Missing one shaft. 8/30: Needs to be built. 8/23: In production. Vacuum discharge parts at plating. Need sleeves. RL Craig stand shipping 8/29. 8/16: Picked this morning. Waiting on parts for vacuum discharge for feeder. Also waiting for RL Craig stand. Labeler complete parts wise. 8/9: Been processed through procurement. Everything is on order. Labeler will be picked by early next week.
