Project Scope: This system will consist of an MFT 1300 DHSL web tipping system for feeding and registering ECL's. This will include a MFT 350ip3 friction feeder used to separate and feed products into a lugged driven discharge which will register the products on the lead edge, and dispense products at a specific product repeat. Products will be accumulated at the end of the discharge in a small catch bin. Only a 50mm feeder to driven discharge transfer plate will be required, as there is only one sample being handled. So for P/N 4507000 items 5,7,8,9,10 can be left out of the build. P/N 4507005 1300 system spring kit can be left off altogether. The feeder and driven discharge will be added to a new frame, and mounted over extruded aluminum legs with vertical adjustment(APL legs).
Notes: WO 2018144: MFT Label Expo 1300 System 9/20: Packed and shipping today 9/13: Bob working on this. Has to be done today. 9/6: Feeder and driven discharge mounted to frame work. Impresso complete and mounted to low toe stand. Bob will begin work along with Dion Label this week. 8/30: Working on driven discharge. Done late next week. Impresso needs to be built. 8/16: Feeder back from Larkin. HD driven discharge needs attention. Pulley's damaged. 8/9: Need to pick up feeder from Larkin. Looks like driven discharge parts are all here except for a few pulley's. Are being re-ordered. Impresso Labeler is being picked today.
