Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to feed cardboard sheets into cases traveling on a Combi machine at a rate of up to 20 per minute. The MFT 350 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The MFT 350 V3 will be signaled to feed and provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Options Available: The MFT 350 V can be configured with Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection) or Batch Count Modes as an option. Optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber can be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. Other options include a spare parts kit, a low product detect sensor assembly, and standard feeder installation.
