Project Scope: This proposed system consists of two (2) MFT IP3 250 Stainless Steel Industrial Friction Feeders intended to separate and feed high-grade paper sheets from a stack originating in the infeed hopper of these units. The feeders will be conveying sheets of up to 4" wide by 6" deep onto a customer supplied conveyor @ a rate of customer selectable and MFT positively tested, 80 sets of 2-across sheets per minute. These sheets have the ability to receive the grated cheese product at a continuous pace. The conveyor transfers these high-grade paper sheets in a set of 2-across, under the recieving process of a cascading waterfall of grated cheese. They then enter into an customer supplied oven environment, baked and retrieved post-oven. The customer handles the process of separating the finished cheese from the non-stick sheets, and further packaging steps.

Video looks good and wants a call tomorrow morning. 10/25: In integration. Video should be filmed today. 10/18: Bob completing integration today. need video approval then ship 10/11: Trying to schedule call for this afternoon. Customer indicated we may need to change some items on the project. Bob will work on it on Tuesday. 10/4: Built in production currently. Feeders will be in burn in over the weekend. 9/27: Received change order PO. In productions. Change order needs to be processed. 9/20: Parts in inspection. Pulled and will start in production late next week. 9/13: EE has settled on sensor to use for triggering second feeder. Clay will do a change order and send. 9/6: Client working on shipping a belt sample. Had a call last week on EE questions. Proceeding with procurement. All parts on order 8/30: Still waiting on client information. Need belt sample etc. Possibly have enough information to start with concept. 8/23: Still waiting on conveyor information from the client. 8/16: Everything on order. 8/9: Quoting parts 8/2: Need workorder from Steve
