Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) 250XED HCP tipping systems and (2) 350XED HCP base feeders. The MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to accurately tip the product onto a passing base product as it travels down your existing conveyor. PFS will provide the mount and start sensor. The MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your product from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be controlled by PFS. PFS will provide the mount, interfacing, integration and transfer roller for the feeders. Optional items: Stack light for machine status, Straddle Mount Assembly (standard construction) to mount the feeder.
Notes: Precision Finishing WO 2018129 9/6: No change 8/30: No change 8/23: Boxed and waiting to ship. Magazine side plate issue is solved. 8/16: Minor issue with magazine side plates from WO. Had to pull new 75s to be modified to send along. 8/9: All feeders are complete and ready to be packaged. Talley will let us know in a few weeks when we can ship them. 8/2: In Production. Almost done and/or in burn in. 7/26: Pulled. Will work on when we have time. 7/19: Consignment feeders.
