Project Scope: The proposed system consist of a MFT V 350ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will run with an internal timer and a suppress starts signal from your controller. The feeder will be mounted onto an HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: Backer Repeat Controller with encoder to follow the speed of your existing conveyor, Multiple Product Detection to detect for double products as they are fed, Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder to feed into batches, Discharge Side Guiding to register the product as it is fed.
