Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with 375mm long discharge to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will transfer into an SLD driven discharge. While the products are in the driven discharge,an Impresso Label applicator will apply a label to the top of the bag. The bag will the transfer into the bottom labeling section which will be a second driven discharge. Mounted beneath the second driven discharge will be the second Impresso Label applicator which will apply a label from the bottom while the label goes through a vacuum hold assist discharge. The feeder will be mounted onto a feeder/labeler combination stand along with an additional labeler column so that the system is all tied together for easy mobility. The bags will need to be free of static and flat for proper feeding results. This quote assumes the bags will be free of static and flat when presented to the system.

When done can go to shipping. 11/8: Everything has been assembled and on machine. Hunter working on Integration work since mid day last Friday. Making good progress. Hoping to have machine running as a whole today. 11/1: Last part needed for vacuum conveyors should be out of shop today. Once production has parts will finish assembly and mount to system. Last pieces needed for Integration to start. Ryan working on wiring the machine. 10/25: Production in progress. Bob re-quoting installation estimate and sending today. 10/18: met with customer at show. they will not come for FAT. told them we will video FAT and they will have to approve. they want installation and agreed to pay. want "right" person for installation. 10/11: Picking 10/4: No change. Parts due 10/17 9/27: No change 9/20: No change 9/13: All parts on order 9/6: 4 parts left to order. 8/30: Procurement processing 8/23: Kicking off to procurement today. Peter wants to review changes. 8/16: Out of ME early next week. 8/9: In ME. Rough estimate end of next week. 8/2: ME meeting today with Jim. Joel working on it. 7/26: On hold in Engineering for PC/Nametag. 7/19: Haven't started Engineering. Had engineering review. Most likely start on Monday. 7/12: Kicking off tomorrow. Request for samples went out today. Check was mailed yesterday.
