Project Scope: The proposed system consists of Automatic Product Loader which will provide increased loading capacity to the system. The APL will come off the feeder at 90 degrees to the line. The mounting for the APL and Feeder will be done by West Rock. Optional items: Vacuum Chambers with Vacuum Piab to provided feeding support for your clear sheets, Dual Cantilevered Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, 1 meter, 2 meter and 3 meter Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, 90 degree APL transfer (each) (product must support a minimum of 9" stack for 90 degree transfer), Additional APL leg for stand alone mounting, Extruded inline APL mounts.
Notes: West Rock W.O. 2018112 8/23: APL is completed and approved for shipment. Jim asking to hold back feeder so we can process two additional APL orders with it. Waiting for confirmation on who is scheduling shipping. 8/16: In queue after Pearson. 8/9: RMA feeder is complete. Waiting for Integration resources. 8/2: RMA feeder should be complete by tomorrow. Limited Integration resources. 7/26: APL is complete. In Integration waiting for RMA to complete rework of feeder. Limited Integration resources. 7/19: In production. Missing roller for APL 7/12: Parts are good. APL parts came in yesterday. Goal to have feeder done in RMA by Friday 7/20. Integration APL to feeder. 6/21: Kick off scheduled for next Tuesday. Have an existing feeder in RMA that relates to it. David K invited to kick off meeting.
