Project Scope: The system will begin with an operator loading the APL 190 (47” long) Automatic Product Loader. The product will automatically travel down and fill the in feed hopper of the MFT 250 IP Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder based on the current level in the feeder magazine. The IP 250 will separate and feed the folded inserts into the discharge section of the friction feeder. Once separated in the first stage they will be fed into the second stage to match the repeat of your passing base product. The HD 420 HCP SLD driven discharge will be a 125mm wide open frame discharge to allow a narrow discharge for easy setup to your line. As the product travels through the driven discharge it will use encoder feed back with Continuous Accutipping Controls to accurately place the folded insert onto your moving base cartons. The cartons will be presented squarely to the Multifeeder on your existing inline folding bases. A central power distribution outlet will provide a one source plug in for the system. Optional items include: Driven Pressure Roller Assembly to transfer the produce from the Multifeeder to your existing base, 75mm wide SLD (896mm) Discharge Assembly with 16mm diameter nose roller, 2 top and 2 bottom discharge belts, Additional sample testing, Installation and Training, 150mm discharge upgrade for narrow discharge capability (requires the addition of the standard feeder discharge), Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder goes into a red light condition.

Still working to get back on line. 8/23: Call with Chris this morning. Project on hold temporarily while they test capability of feeder that was sent on WO 2018149. Need to put together change order/cancellation fees and send to Chris. 8/16: Out of ME next week. 8/9: Re-doing work in ME with some changes. Hope to review tomorrow. Ready for release middle of next week. 8/2: Ed reviewing design tomorrow. Out of engineering by end of next week. 7/26: ME did preliminary layout drawing. Nosco signed layout drawing and didn't update dimensions. 7/19: Waiting for dimensions 7/12: Been kicked off. In ME. Hoping to have layout drawing by end of day today. 6/21: Kicked off next Tuesday.
