Project Scope: This proposal consists of a MFT 550 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to chipboard divider sheets into stationary cases traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport at a rate of up to 45 per minute. Note: This is not a wash down feeder. The room temperature is 42-45 degrees and is damp. The MFT 550 IP3 XED feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed magazine of the feeder and will transfer them one at a time onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back as they are fed. The chip board sheets will be fed into stationary cases that are traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport. The feeder electronics will be removed from each feeder and will be mounted in a separate Multifeeder supplied conveyor control box. Additional covers will be placed over the control panel, power entry module, and connector locations. The electronics can be removed from the conveyor control box by the customer to be to be mounted inside a customer supplied enclosure. A Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly with mounting bracket is included. The feeder will be equipped with an Input/Output board along with a custom wire harness assembly to allow the feeder to receive 24V signals from the host system controller. The signals include feed signal, feeder on, feeder off, auto on, auto off, and clear cancel. An upgrade to 15 meter cables is included for the motor cables, Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly cable, and the feeder sensor cable(Emitter Receiver Pair). This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. As an option, Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option.

Waiting for customer feedback on preshipment payment also. 6/14: Feeder is complete and through burn in. Waiting on 15 meter cable. Cabling has been ordered. Still waiting on samples from client. 6/6: Feeder is pulled. Not yet in production. Waiting on case filler plates through our shop. 5/31: Kicked off. In procurement. 5/24: New order. Need to schedule kick off.
