Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to accurately tip products onto your existing base. The 250 will be equipped with a Mag Stripe Reader to allow you to read mag stripes. The mag stripe reader can be removed from the system. The proposed system consists of (2) MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to accurately tip products onto your existing base. The feeders will be mounted by Multi-packaging Solutions Lead time: (2) 350 - 1 week (1) 250 w/ Mag Stripe Reader - 7 - 9 weeks (as soon as mag stripe reader parts are complete)
Notes: Multipackaging Solutions WO 2018096 6/21: EE should get to mag stripe reader today or tomorrow. 6/14: Feeder with mag stripe reader in second burn in. Once complete will move to EE to validate mag strip reader working as intended. 6/6: Money should come today or tomorrow. Two weeks or so out on mag stripe reader. 5/31: Still working on internal matching to make payment. Will get back on response today. 5/24: Packed and ready. Money should possibly be sent next week (internal delay on customer) 5/17: 350s are being built and will ship by 5/23. 250 will have to wait for mag strip reader part.
