Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to count and drop batches of label sheets into the flighted in feed of your existing conveyor. The MFT 250 IP3 Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transfer them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The products will be fed one at a time into an ADT 250 Automatic Drop Table where they will be stacked and accumulated. The feeder drop table combination will be signaled to drop a stack by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Once the drop gate releases a completed stack, it will return to its closed position and will signal the feeder to replenish the drop table with a new stack. The feeder drop table combination will be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The feeder will be configured with 20mm wide feed belts and stripper wheels. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder system with the existing transport conveyor. As an option Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options available: Options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation at your facility.
