Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The products will be supported in the in feed of the hopper with the HD 425 to maximize stack height. Once a start pulse detects a product in the lug the feeder will dispense a top sheet onto your existing conveyor. The feeder will be equipped with stack light with alarm to show machine status, low product status and provide an audible alarm when the feeder goes into a red light condition. The Multiple Product Detection will allow the feeder to scan for double products as they are fed. Optional items: HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder to feed multiple products once a start pulse is received.
