Project Scope: The proposed system will consists of your trays coming off your existing conveyor and being placed onto the Multifeeder flat belt transport conveyor. Once the trays are on the conveyor they will be bump turned 90 degrees. Then the trays will travel beneath a MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with an Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity and stack height control in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Vacuum Belts with a Vacuum Piab will provide increased feeding support to the liquid filled pouches. After the pouch has been applied the tray will continue to travel down the conveyor where it will pass beneath an Impresso Label applicator where a label will be applied 1/2 on the liquid pouch and 1/2 off the liquid pouch to secure the pouch to the tray. The finished tray will then be bump turned back to its original orientation. As the products exist the flat belt conveyor they will be handled by Pearson Packaging. This proposal assumes the trays will always have a gap between them of 1/2" or more. No provisions have been provided to stop or time to upstream/downstream conveyors (can be provided as an option).

Pearson waiting for approval from their client as well as confirmation of who is setting up shipment. 8/16: Hunter working on it. Minor issues with feeding and triggering off seasoning packets. Hoping to film video today. 8/9: Hunter working on Integration work and making good progress. 8/2: Hunter started Integration yesterday. 8/14 shipping goal 7/26: Complete in Production. In Integration waiting for labor to free up. 7/19: Hoping to have to Integration by Friday. 7/12: Delayed due to Label Innovations etc. Will be back to it once other projects ship. Possibly middle of next week. 6/21: Been pulled. Production starting. Waiting on parts. 6/14: Had a call this morning. Sorted out issues related to sample quantities for FAT. End user will be sending in more samples. Machine was pulled for production yesterday. Still waiting for parts. 6/6: Everything is on order. Late June for a few items. 5/31: In procurement. Close to everything on order. 5/24: Kicking off to procurement tomorrow. 5/17: Working on revised layout drawing. Should be done by tomorrow. 5/10: Waiting for sign off on layout drawing. 5/3: Ed sending updated layout to Jim today.
