Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your pharma leaflets. The feeder will separate and feed the products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once a start sensor detects a passing base product the feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping with encoder to accurately place the product. The feeder will be equipped with a 75mm wide open frame discharge to allow for a narrower exit for your system. The stand will be used to mount the feeder when it is not in use.
