Project Scope: The proposed system will start with an operator loading your variable thickness sponges, which will range within the stack from 0.6mm up to 2.5mm's thick, onto the APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader. The Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity to the system. The sponges will supply the MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with products as they are fed. The feeder will separate and feed the products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once a dry contact from your controller is received the feeder will dispense a product. The feeder will be equipped with a flexible discharge to allow the feeder to sit as low as possible to your system and arch upwards to your existing bagging machine. The unit will mount onto a solid frame adjustment.
Notes: Teel Plastics WO 2018075 10/25: Packed and ready to be shipped. Should see payment this week. 10-18: FAT today. machine should be close to shipping after FAT 10/11: Responded back for FAT on 10/18. Going to film half hour run video. Hope is they will not need to come with video. Steve starting this morning. Hope to have video by end of day Monday. 10/4: Client asked about when they could come for FAT. They have not responded back. Looking at 10/12. 9/27: In production 9/20: Frame has arrived and in inspection. Start in production next week. 9/13: Ed and Tomas doing inspection on frame today at 1:00pm. 9/6: No change. Welded frame due 9/21 8/30: Fully processed in procurement. All parts on order. Large welded frame is long lead time item. 8/23: In procurement. Getting quotes. 8/16: Complete in ME. Will be kicked off today. 8/9: Need final review from Tomas when he returns. Release to procurement early next week. 8/2: Layout drawing should be complete tomorrow morning. Will sent to customer for approval after that. 7/26: In on Tuesday looking at machine. What we have will accommodate their needs. Need to do layout and modify stand. 7/19: Coming next week to look at discharge. 7/12: Production working on retrofitting the flexible discharge to 250 feeder from RMA. Goal to finish by end of the week and then do height testing to go back to client. 6/21: Pull 250 that RMA has on shelf and build a flexible discharge onto feeder so we can do height testing. That will determine height capability and with that can go back to client. Then will discuss change order. 6/14: Change order proposal too expensive. Call today to discuss another option. 6/6: Jim still waiting on input from customer. 5/31: Jim is waiting for input from customer. 5/24: Height difference problem. Jim needs to gather further input from customer. 5/17: Layout drawing to client. Waiting for response. 5/10: Tomas will wrap up drawing by end of day tomorrow. 5/3: Need to meet with Jim. Need dimensions 4/26: Kicked off to Engineering. Layout ready early tomorrow. 4/19: Need down payment.
