Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your cartons from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the cartons are transported through the discharge they will be labeled by the Impresso Label Applicator. An encoder based Continuous Accutipping Controller will accurately apply the label to the passing carton. Once the carton exits the discharge of the feeder the end customer will process. The system will be mounted onto a single stand assembly to provide mobility.
Notes: Veritiv WO 2018072 6/21: On site today for FAT. 6/14: Moved to Integration yesterday. In queue behind DiaSorin and Amcor. 6/6: In production. Will be using Essentra labeler 5/31: No change 5/24: In line for production after Bernatello's. Production won't start for a few more weeks. 5/17: Part on order. 5/10: Parts on order. Will be adding a few parts and revised PO. 5/3: Parts all on order 4/26: Kicked off to procurement. 4/19: Layout drawing was sent to Jim this morning. 4/12: Waiting for down payment.
